BUTAPE is a high-adhesive butyl sealing flashing tape made of butyl rubber compound, protected by a reinforced aluminium metal film. It is a premium butyl flashing tape which is ideal for use in most flashing applications and is polycarbonate safe.Once installed correctly the butyl flashband will provide years of waterproofing. It is the perfect product for joining your polycarbonate sheets to the wall when construction a lean to conservatory, canopy or carport. Our BUTAPE butyl flashing is a non bituminous flashing tape which is one of the only flashings approved for use with polycarbonate roofing sheets.Butyl Used as a waterproofing and moisture/vapour sealing system in the building and construction industries has many advantages over Bitumen
